Information and advice provide in the Nephron Wellness Program is not meant to replace your relationship or the professional advice of your personal healthcare provider. The wellness program is intended to promote healthy living choices and encourage optimum wellness. Employees with chronic medical illness are eligible to receive additional health information to encourage optimal control of their medical problems by use of resources provided by the wellness program. Any medications provided to employees as a part of the smoking cessation classes will be communicated to the employees personal provider with their consent.
